These Terms & Conditions apply to every use of luxelleshop.com and every purchase made on it. The website is operated by ECOM WORLD SERVICE LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration Number: 80716031). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using the Store

Products are sold for personal use only, not for resale. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include all applicable taxes. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Payment is processed securely at checkout when you place your order.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is a request to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment in full. You can cancel your order within 2 days of purchase, as long as it has not yet shipped, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Shipping and Returns

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase and usually delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location, as described in our Shipping Policy. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Product Use

Always follow the instructions and care guidance provided with each product. GlowFur™ lights are powered by a standard USB power bank (sold separately): never use the lights while the coat is wet, and always disconnect and remove the power bank before cleaning or storing the coat.

Intellectual Property

All content on luxelleshop.com, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, trademarks, product images, photographs, videos, page layouts and software, belongs to Luxelle, operated by ECOM WORLD SERVICE LIMITED, or to its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. None of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

When using this website or placing an order, you must not:

  • use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in breach of these terms;
  • place orders using false, incomplete or misleading information, or impersonate any person or entity;
  • use a payment method you are not authorised to use;
  • buy products for resale or commercial distribution;
  • place orders with no intention of completing the purchase or accepting delivery;
  • submit false claims of non-delivery, damage or defects, or request a chargeback for an order delivered as described without first contacting us;
  • misuse discount codes, promotions or bundle offers, including by creating multiple accounts;
  • copy, scrape or extract content or data from the website using bots, spiders or other automated tools;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or any material that could damage or interfere with the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with its security features;
  • post reviews or other content that is false, offensive, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others;
  • harass, abuse or threaten our staff or other customers.

If we reasonably believe that these terms have been breached, we may refuse or cancel orders and suspend or restrict access to the website.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, services, legal requirements or business practices. The updated version is always published on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date, and applies from the date of publication. Orders placed before an update remain subject to the terms in force when they were placed. Please review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
