Every Luxelle order ships with fast tracked UK delivery. Here's how to follow your parcel.
1. Use the link in your shipping email
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.
2. Check your orders in your account
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. You'll get a one-time code by email, with no password needed, and you'll see all your orders and their delivery status.
3. Can't find your tracking?
Send us your order number and email address and we'll reply with your tracking details within 1 business day.
